● Advertise for domestic help.

● Interview potential candidates.

● Assess individuals’ potential suitability for the type of work and the specific job.

● Screen to ensure that only honest and trustworthy individuals are placed with clients.

● Match client’s requirements with the right individual.

● Introduce the potential cleaner to the client.

● Provide ongoing back up support (if possible) in the case of sickness or holidays.

● Provide a replacement cleaner if the individual is unsuitable or subsequently leaves for any reason.
